Otro grupo apoya a Idanis Rodríguez para concejal.

NEW YORK – The Working Families Party announced today the endorsement of Ydanis Rodriguez for City Council District 10, which spans Washington Heights, Inwood, and Marble Hill.
Flora Huang, Working Families Party Manhattan Chapter Co-Chair and Washington Heights resident said, “Ydanis has been a progressive leader for working families in Washington Heights, Inwood, and Marble Hill for years. We’ve supported him before, and we’re very proud to stand with him again in his campaign to represent our community and clean up City Hall.”
The Working Families Party backed Rodriguez’s first campaign for City Council in 2001.
“The Working Families Party is a tireless advocate for open, transparent government and the rights of working people,” said Ydanis Rodriguez. “I’m proud to have them with me in my campaign for change. I look forward to working with them in City Hall on job creation, improving education for our children and fighting for working families throughout New York City.”
The Working Families Party is New York City’s largest third party. A Pace University poll ranked the WFP’s endorsement as more important to Manhattan Democratic primary voters than that of the city’s leading political figures and newspapers.
